Is there such a thing as "Biblical Science"?

Guitar's Cry

I imagine it's a science framed around ideas in the Bible. When a scientific endeavor is taken, I assume a Biblical scientist confronts it within strict guidelines; not all that different from much mainstream science, perhaps?

There was no such thing as scientific discipline in Biblical days.
and taking the Bible into science today is not scientific.

Why, it's "the true science rooted in the holy scriptures." Take the Bible Science Safari and you can find out!

I didn't read far, but I think I know what it's about. A fundamentalist friend of mine used to talk about how things the modern-day science are only now (re-)discovering were known and evidenced in the scriptures.

a quantitate insight into the bibles foundation, creation? The science of the bible is no different than the science of fairy-tales, as they are both the same thing

  • We believe that mankind is naturally sinful and cannot save himself.
[*]We believe in salvation by grace through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross.
[*]We believe in the virgin birth, sinless life, vicarious death, bodily resurrection, and premillenninal, pretribulational return of Jesus Christ.
[*]We believe in the complete inerrancy of the Bible.
[*]We believe in the institution of the local church and foreign missions as God's means of reaching the lost and equipping the saved.
[*]We believe in a literal eternal reward in heaven for the saved, as well as a literal eternal punishment in hell for the lost.
[*]We believe that science cannot be reconciled or truly understood outside of the holy scriptures.
[*]We believe God is the Creator of everything in six literal days and He did so without any means of evolutionary theory.
Don't dazzle them with facts their eyes are already closed.

I don't remember was he wearing a pocket protector, I think he was.

If he was wearing a bowtie, a labcoat, and a pocket protector, then there is no possible question about the legitimacy of his scientific claims.
