Who do you love the most?

Which person or persons do you love the most? (Yes, you can answer yourself if you like). I think it should be a person, don't include God- Anyone who believes and worships will always love Him (or Her) the most. :)

I love lots of people but in different ways. I adore my mom but it's certainly a different love than I feel for my husband. And the love I have for my husband is different than the love I have for my kids. I also have a few friends that I genuinely love. Because the feelings for all these people vary in intensity and depth, I couldn't possibly say who I love the most.

That is a complicated question for me.

I use to love my boyfriend with a burning passion. I broke up with him recently.
I use to love my Cousin to an amazing degree because he helped me come out of the closet. I don't have much contact with him anymore.
I love my Aunt and Uncle a lot because they treat me like a person without a condescending fashion.
I love my best friend Cheyanne in a friend way.
Then my nuclear family I'm obligated to love, and at times I feel a great bitterness towards them.

My parents and my sister. Really, they accept that I'm an oddball...because they're all oddballs too! My parents gave me so much freedom. Their philosophy was that I could never be as bad as they were at my age, so they didn't have to worry about trust issues.

Hmm...I honestly don't know about Christians, but people of other religions do not necessarily put their deities on the top of the list. Lucifer is not the most loved by me. I love my husband and myself equally before I love Lucifer.

You're not obligated to love your nuclear family.

Although I love everyone in my family in different ways, I would have to say I love my son the stongest. but how do you measure love?

I couldn't answer the question. Darn. I really did try, and I wrote out a whole answer, but had to erase it. One thing I can say for sure is that I don't really "love" very many people, but those I do love, I love immensely.

Well, I do love Jesus Christ, my Lord and my God who died for me. My wife, our three children, my parents and brothers and sisters and their children. Fellow Christians and friends. And I admire-love many of the great people who have worked so hard for the Lord and have helped me in so many ways I cannot count. I love the USA and all who stand for freedom and for God, and for the Lord Jesus Christ. And I love everyone with the love of Christ and pray for salvation to any who would honestly seek the truth, Jesus Christ.

I think it noteworthy that for the Christian, the way to love God is to love others!

I John 4:13 We know that we live in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit. 14And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. 15 If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God. 16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us.
God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. 17 In this way, love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment, because in this world we are like him. 18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
19 We love because he first loved us. 20 If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. 21 And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother. NIV
