The Rapture a Glorious Event

Calculating Daniel's prophecy brings us to 2006 as the start of the final 7 years of this earth's existance..

If this is wrong, we'll know soon enough...

Things are pretty bad in the world today, we are in the first half of the tribulation (first 3 and 1/2 years), the mild part.

The second half gets much worse...

Don't want to be here for the second half of the tribulation (final 3 and 1/2 years of this earth's existance as we know it)

We are in the sixth seal period of Revelation, according to the Bible code...if that lasts 7 years and the 7th seal lasts another 7 years or so things could drag on much longer into the year 2020...but this calculation below and the Bible codes point to 2013 as the end...

Mayan astronomers calculated certain astronomical catastrophic events occurring on or around December 21 2012.

We'll see what happens..

Summary of Daniel 12
In the last days Michael shall deliver Israel from their troubles—Daniel tells of the two resurrections—The wise shall know the times and meanings of his visions.

Daniel 12

1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people; and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time; and at that time thy people shall be delivered, everyone that shall be found written in the book.

2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness, as the stars forever and ever.

4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book even to the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

5 Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.

6 And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?

7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth forever, that it shall be for a time, times, and a half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

8 And I heard, but I understood not; then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?

9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel; for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

11 And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety (1290) days.

12 Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty (1335) days.

13 But go thou thy way till the end be; for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.

And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away...

"This is referring to the reforms under king Josiah in 620 B.C. The Levites, who had been appointed by Moses to look after the Ark of the Covenant, fled the country and took the Ark with them. The events of this time are well researched and presented by Graham Hancock in his book The Sign and the Seal".

Daniel 12: 11
...and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety (1290) days).

Now add 1,290 years to 620 BC which brings us to 671 A.D. at which time there was a wooden mosque over the Holy of Holies, where the Jewish temple used to stand.

This prophecy in Daniel is centered around or directly related to the Jewish Temple Mount, where the Dome of the Rock is now, which is where the Holy of Holies was before the Jewish temple was destroyed in 70 A.D.

The prophet Mohammed died in 632 AD., and In the years after his death, his followers gained control of most of the Middle East..

638 A.D. Caliph Omar captures Jerusalem and starts to build on the Temple Mount, which is where the Holy of Holies is and the Ark of the Covenant/Ten Commandments used to rest, before the Jewish temple was destoyed

Then in 691 AD, the Dome of the Rock was commissioned, to replace the previous wooden structure.

So basically some sort of "abomination" was set up in the wooden mosque, in 671 A.D., where the Holy of Holies stood, where the Ark of the Covenant (Ten Commandments) was placed, where the Dome of the Rock now stands today.

Daniel 12: 12
Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty (1335) days.

Now add 1,335 years to 671 A.D. which brings us to 2006.

620 A.D. plus 1290 years (Daniel 12:11), which brings us to the year 671 A.D. then add 1335 years (Daniel 12:12) which brings us to the year 2006.

Now add 7 years to 2006, which obviously brings us to 2013.

If that went over your head you're just flat out not paying attention or think all this is just insanity at it's highest level....

Great minds of the past were also thought to be insane only later to be proven genius' .

My guess is for April 6, 2030. Christ started his ministry at the age of thirty, April 6, 30. Two thousand years from that point is April 6, 2030. The Chruch was founded April 6, 1830. Two hundred years from then is April 6, 2030. So April 6, 2030 will be the bi-millenial of Christ, and the bi-centennial of the Church. That's tha date I'm putting my money on.

Yeah, sounds reasonable, but scriptures state, "unless those days are shortened, no flesh will be saved, but for the elects sake, those days shall be shortened"....

If things drag on that long no one will be able to live, simply because the housing prices will be through the roof...;)

No one will have the money to buy even the basics......

Scriptures also suggest money will eventually become useless.."Weep and howl ye rich men for your riches have come to naught/nothing in one day".

They will cast their gold and silver into the streets....

Christ doesn't even know when he's returning, so I'm pretty sure you guys don't either.
Of course, we are all familiar with this scriprture.

No man knows the day or the hour, but this leaves room for detecting the "times" and the "seasons" we are living in, and we can discern when the Lord's coming is near, "even at the doors," as Christ himself commanded us to do. He wants us to discern the times we are living in so we will look upward and know our "redemption draweth nigh"...

There is nothing in scripture which states we should not look for the signs of his coming and discern the times we are living in. "Watch and pray," Christ has told us, "for in an hour when ye think not, the son of man cometh"... He said nothing about a year or even a month...

I believe Christ knows the general time frame, even possibly the year or even the month, but not the "day or the hour," as he himself has said he does not know..

This world is messed up and it will only get worse when we are gone/resurrected off this earth...

We may not know the "day or the hour," but this says nothing about not knowing the year or even the month, based on the signs of the times.

By knowing the exact years of the final 7 years of this earth's existance (the tribulation) we are still don't know when Christ will return within these 7 years. Daniel suggest sometime in the middle, but that's all, this still does not give us the "day or the hour," but only an approximate year...

August 2006 ~ Start of the final 7 years
March 2010 ~ Mid point
August 2013 ~ End of the final 7 years

If the calculations, based on Daniel's prophecies are correct, this will play out exactly as posted here...

We will know soon enough if this calculation is correct, which the Bible code also agrees with...

There must be a Jewish temple built within this period for all the final prophecies in scripture to be fulfilled in full...

The final antichrist, for instance, will set up his image in this newly built Jewish temple.

The Jews already have the stuff for the temple ready to go and the plans drawn up, they are only waiting for the green light, which will come soon, within a few years...

Okay, what if at the end of 2012 it's shown that Daniel's prophecy was actually about the end of fundamental Chistianity's rule over a certain portion of this earth?

Right, it very well could be just the beginning of the end, when all those who were Christ's at his coming will be taken off this earth and the rest are allowed to live as they choose without any hinderances whatsoever from God...

I personally believe this will happen beginning in/on or around the spring of 2010, with the end coming soon after that, just before or during the fall of 2013..

We'll know soon enough if this is true or not...

Just a prediction based on what I've read.

We are in the sixth seal of Revelation, according to the Bible code, if that particular Bible code is true, there are many that are false/fake, which we won't know for sure which ones are false/fake until they are fulfilled or not....

If the sixth seal is the first half of this final 7 years, then the seventh seal should be the second half of this final 7 years...

I believe we are in the first half of this final 7 years, which corrsponds to the sixth seal of Revelation, from August 2006 to March 2010.. The seventh seal should start soon or right after that, when those who were Christ's at his coming are taken off the earth and the rest of humanity is left to live as they please, no hinderances from God whatsoever...

Again, we'll see what happens...

It will happen sooner or later within our generation...

Christ said when we see these things start to come to pass, that generation will not pass away, until all things which the scriptures have prophesied are fulfilled...

Post number 221 is what I'm going with as well as the beginning month of August of 2006 found in the BIble code with the shofur blowing/sounding in the Bible code as a warning and as a gathering of the saints until 2010, at which time it stops blowing and the final years start and end in 2013, which is 7 years from August of 2006...

The Bible codes are silent after the year 2013. Absolutely nothing has been found after that date...

It will soon be proven true or false...

What if they are only fulfilled if you fulfil them?
Christ's fourth coming into the world will be as the sun shining from the east to the west.

All the world will know of his coming and the earth will at that time be burned with fire, those who were Christ's at his second and third coming (the morning and afternoon of the first resurrection) will descend with him to the earth at which time the earth will be cleansed with fire and renewed and receive it's Terrestrial/paradisaical glory.

There will be no mistaking/misinterpreting this and many other events soon to come.

Scriptures are clear.

The image concurrs with idea of the new mysticism, with its roots in the ancient wisdom of the eastern religions, that is now spreading throughout the west. The 'fire' is passion, each mystic 'filled' with the 'christ' of knowledge of his true relation to the world, finding a way to carry the non-verbal message to the next, and the old 'earth' is 'cleansed' by being no longer applicable.

Yeah, I can see no room for misinterpretation there. *rubs her chin*

Christ's coming will be a physical one. He personally will reign on the earth.

The cleansing of the earth will be physical one, with actual fire...

I would never interprete scriptures to fit my belief like many do.

We may err to some degree, but the basic teaching is there, that being that Christ will reign personally on the earth and all will know when that happens. Not one soul will miss this event, all will be fully aware of Christ's personal physical reign on earth...

Scriptures are clear, there is no room for error to the reader who studies with "real intent" on discovering the truth's found throughout all inspired scripture.

Okay so we all interprete scripture to some degree or another...

Truly I have sought to know the many truths concerning this.

My only goal is to know the truth. I have no beliefs that have originated from my heart or mind, only what is written in scripture, a few Bible codes and other very very good research that has been done concerning this subject...

"The imaginations of men's hearts are only evil continually"

I seek to know the Lord's heart concerning this subject..

No, I believe what I have written in this thread is correct, to the best of my knowledge and understanding of these future events.....

I think I just didn't make myself clear..

Here's what I understand will happen, according to what's written in scripture and it is pretty hard to figure this out, it took a lot of reading, pondering and praying to God to understand this.

I believe this is true and correct...

This is as basic as I can write it...really no need to add to this..

1) Christ's ministry (first watch)
2) First rapture/morning of the first resurrection (second watch)
3) Second rapture/afernoon of the second resurrection (third watch)
4) Christ descends with the saints and set's up his kingdom on the earth which has become a paradise (fourth watch)

Only those who were part of the morning and afternoon of the first resurrection will live on this earth, during Christ's personal rule and reign on the earth, all others will be taken off the earth...

Scriptures are straight forward and very very clear about this...

it's hard to misinterprete them unless one does not believe in them, then one falls into the danger of interpreting to fit their own belief system, which does not benefit the reader in any way, but hinders him/her....

These scriptures pertain to my last post.

Luke 12
37 Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them.

38 And if he shall come in the second watch (*second coming*), or come in the third watch (*third coming*), and find them so, blessed are those servants.

39 And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.

40 Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh in an hour when ye think not.

Matthew 14: 25
And in the fourth watch (*forth coming*)of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea.

Mark 6: 48
And he saw them toiling in rowing; for the wind was contrary unto them: and about the fourth watch (*fourth coming*) of the night he cometh unto them, walking upon the sea, and would have passed by them.

This image of Christ walking on the sea and pulling Peter from the sea (the world) is symbolic of Christ coming into the world and pulling us out of it.

Remember the sea represents the world/humanity...

This image of Christ walking on the sea is also symbolic of the judgement of those who were not part of the morning or afternoon of the first resurrection, who will not reign with Christ for a thousand years on earth, who will not be taken from among the world before it is burned with fire...

The sea, which covers most of the earth, represents the multitudes of people, which are the majority of people living on the earth...

Or unless one believes something differently about them within the context of Christianity.

You, too, "interpret to fit your own belief system."
