God, but I don't think either sola scripturalists or we who reject that view would have any dispute about this. The dichotomy is not between Bible and God but Bible and Church. Those who think that the Bible is the literal Word of God and reject the visible Church, would still be placing final authority with God, as revealed through Scripture. We who reject that view but see the Church as the divinely guided 'pillar and ground of the Truth' are placing the same ultimate authority with God, but we see His will being expressed through His continuing guidance of the Church, not through some once written Scripture.

There is no "final authority". We do the best we can with what information we have, and we hope it's good enough.

The Bible would be as nothing with out God.

Christianity would have no form with out the Bible.

The Bible encapsulates most of our understanding Of God, from a historic and Christian View point.

The Church holds most of the learning and distilled understanding obtained from the Bible in its traditions and through God's inspiration.

Yes God is the final authority. However, he has given us the Bible which contains Truth and knowledge of his character. So if any revelation seemingly from God contradicts the character and/or content of the Bible, then it is not from God.
