I'm not a follower of any religion, but I realized just now that I have a kind of faith, which I don't call a religion because it is not a belief system. It's a kind of faith in the original teachings that later became part of Hinduism, Zoroastrianism, the past official religions of China, Judaism, the past official religions of Greece and Rome, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, the Baha'i Faith and possibly a few others. I know that might raise some questions but if it does I won't answer them in this thread.

Perhaps in another thread you will relay the original teachings.

.. but my life is centered around a concept of God, and what I call "spiritual growth" of individuals and communities. I use the name "Niatero" because I have dreams of a better world, and there was a time when I thought that Esperanto might become an International language.
Welcome to the forum, Niatero. I do tolerate the concept of God but I do not day-dream.

I'm thinking that some people might be seeing some contradictions between what I'm saying in different threads, for example looking like an atheist in some discussions and looking like a Bible-believing Christian in others. I'l try to explain. I don't think it's possible or ever will be possible for anyone to know if the universe has a creator or not. That definitely makes me an atheist by one definition that is popular in some circles. I recognize and accept Jesus as my Lord, a person to serve and obey above all others, and I'm trying to learn to live the way He says to live, but I don't think that's enough to make me a Christian by any definition, in today's world. I've never know any Christian who knows all about my ways of thinking, who thinks I'm a Christian.

Welp. They was banned. I only talked to them in two threads and in a pm. They seemed nice until the longer i talked to them. Don't know why they were banned but that was a short visit.
