1. Baerly writes - Continual and wilfull sin is not forgiven according to (Heb.10:26-31).
2. Baerly writes - We must repent of this type action to be forgiven (Luke 13:3) (Acts 8:22) (1John 1:6-9).
Writer wrote - Here the poster of 19 contradicts him or her self with their succeeding sentence:
1. Baerly writes - He THINKS I have contradicted myself in the above statements. Lets see what the Lord actually said about it.
26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
29Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
Now this is what the Lord thinks about the actions of a Christian who willfully continues to partake in sinful activity. This section of scripture is actually talking about missing church services, notice (Heb.10:26). But it could be any continual willfull sin.
In this case, the bible says their remains no more sacrifice for sins. this is refering to Jesus on the cross. (Heb.10:26) says the blood of Jesus will not cleanse the person who will not repent, but rather continues in willfull sin.
I did not say this,The Lord said it.
2. Now let us deal with the next scripture.
Question - Can the Christian who has involved himself in sin to the point that the blood of Jesus will not cover his iniquities, once again make things right with God?
The Answere is in (Acts 8:13-24).
But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.
13 Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done.
Peter and John come to confirm and enlarge the church, where by prayer and laying on of hands the Holy Spirit is given
14 Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John:
15 Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost:
16 (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)
17 Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.
18 And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles' hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money,
19 Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost.
20 But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.
21 Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is not right in the sight of God.
22 Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.
23 For I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and in the bond of iniquity.
24 Then answered Simon, and said, Pray ye to the Lord for me, that none of these things which ye have spoken come upon me.

Simon hears a gospel sermon ,believes and is baptized. He at this point is a Christian. Then as he follows them he notices they are doing miracles. Simon offers money to be able to do miracles. Peter tells Simon his lost spiritual state because of trying to buy the gift of the Holy Spirit (miracles).Simon is told to repent and pray to God that he can be forgiven. Simon being a good and honest heart asked Peter to pray for him .
This is an instance where a Christian so sinned that he would have been lost spiritually, the text is very clear, but then repented and prayed to God for forgiveness of his sins.
I think it is also very clear that I did not contradict myself one bit. In fact WRITER was actually talking about the word of God contradicting itself. All a person has to do is read the text to see what happened.
(1John 1:6) is talking about a hypocrite. a person who says and does not do as the Lord commands (does not the truth). (John 3:21) also tells us about doing truth (or coming to the light).
(1John 1:7) is talking about the Christian who walks in the light of the word of God. And because he does so, has fellowship with other Christians and with God.
(1John 1:9) tells us about the Christian (like Simon) who has been caught up in willfull continual sin and is in a lost spiritual state. The instructions for a Christian in this condition is to confess his sins.
