I am in the process of studying final end time Catholic prophecies and miracles, which I believe to be true...

The photo is an image that appeared from a black sky, at cruising altitude, from a window of a commercial jet. The clouds would be well below her, as she took this picture, not to mention there was no light even to refect of any clouds, if there were any.
This is a miracle, not a Mary image in a peanut...

And It makes no difference to me what people think of the photo, just sharing it for what it's worth to those who might benefit from it...
It is remarkeble, as Bible Truth pointed out, that the image in the photo is so similar to our (LDS) painting of Christ's second coming.
This is what led me to believe it was no ordinary photo...but something very much out of the ordinary and a true miracle...

yes it's true that Isaiah was talking in terms of "they" but he was referring to the Jews and Gentiles at the time of Christ, whom would reject him largely based on his appearance and unpopularity among orthodox religion...
He went against the system of things...
The Mosiah scripture is just Isaiah repeated. Sorry if that threw you a bit.. I didn't do a good job at presenting my point. My bad...I was in a hurry when I posted that scripture.
The scrpture in Isaiah about Chritst, which is repeated in Mosiah is in my signature...

Oh, I misread the passage. You're right. It's saying there is no beauty so we won't desire him.
But that aside, that is referring to his earthly ministry. After he was resurrected, he had a perfect glorified body. This body is the one that presumably he will occupy when he comes again, and I would also assume it's the body he appears to people in now, such as Joseph Smith.

Here are some stories as to the origins of this photo "Christ in the Clouds"...
It seems as if many people have seen the same apparition and have taken photos from different parts of the world, both from planes, and on the ground, as early as the 1950's.

[/SIZE] which matches ours exactly. Ours is the only one in which Christ is coming from the left side instead of the right.
Notice that all the apparitions of Christ are coming from the right side of the picture, and the only one that is coming from the left side is this one, which we own, and was taken directly from a negative. The others may not have been taken from the original negative, but are just copies of a photo, which may explain the reason they are facing the opposite way from the original. Also many poeple have apparently seen the same apparition around the world, over the years, both from above and on the ground, as is apparent with the many accounts given...
The origin of this photo is as follows:[SIZE=-1] Pre-1993, Devout Christian grandmother took photo from airplane (Illinois, USA)
Ellie Williamson visited all the prominent historical sites of the LDS church, including Carthage, Illinois. She may have taken this photo on one of her visits to Carthage. She also served a full-time service mission to many of the historical sites owned by the LDS church...
I will have to find out exactly where she served....
She was really into LDS church history and was assigned to be caretaker and tour guide, with her husband, to many prominent LDS historical sites in the east...
The only other one I've seen that is facing the same direction, is this one, and the guy says it was scanned from an original photo.

"I was given this picture by a friend after
the death of my mother, some 13 years
ago. I was actually loaned the photo
which was supposedly taken by her
aunt at a family funeral. I'm not certain
of the year, but believe it was several
years prior to my coming in contact with
it. This copy is not the best as it was
scanned with the blown up copy I have
