I am in the process of studying final end time Catholic prophecies and miracles, which I believe to be true...The Mormom Jesus images and painitng are very distinct. It appears the images came from a Roman Catholic website. Is this correct? If so, does that concern you within the context of the LDS faith? There are other photos within the link, regarding Mary, etc. - BT
It's a nice picture, but I've got to agree with Terry here.He has been seen in the cross sections of various vegetables and fruit as well.
It is no more real than the seeing of images in a blot test.
The photo is an image that appeared from a black sky, at cruising altitude, from a window of a commercial jet. The clouds would be well below her, as she took this picture, not to mention there was no light even to refect of any clouds, if there were any. It's a nice picture, but I've got to agree with Terry here.
Yes, Christ is aware of us all and will appear to whomever he chooses...Lots of people have seen Christ, including the founders of 'Universe People'
To each his own, FFH. I have no problem with you believing it was Christ. I just don't myself. The photo is an image that appeared from a black sky, at cruising altitude, from a window of a commercial jet. This is a miracle, not a Mary image in a peanut...
And It makes no difference to me what people think of the photo, just sharing it for what it's worth to those who might benefit from it...To each his own, FFH. I have no problem with you believing it was Christ. I just don't myself.
yes it's true that Isaiah was talking in terms of "they" but he was referring to the Jews and Gentiles at the time of Christ, whom would reject him largely based on his appearance and unpopularity among orthodox religion...But you see a "we". And since WE (FFH and Aqualung) didn't write this, we have to change the pronoun to "they" for it to be consistent.
Oh, I misread the passage. You're right. It's saying there is no beauty so we won't desire him.yes it's true that Isaiah was talking about in terms of "they"
Yes, exactly...Oh, I misread the passage. You're right. It's saying there is no beauty so we won't desire him.
But that aside, that is referring to his earthly ministry. After he was resurrected, he had a perfect glorified body. This body is the one that presumably he will occupy when he comes again, and I would also assume it's the body he appears to people in now, such as Joseph Smith.

It is remarkeble, as Bible Truth pointed out, that the image in the photo is so similar to our (LDS) painting of Christ's second coming.
This is what led me to believe it was no ordinary photo...but something very much out of the ordinary and a true miracle...
