I am sorry that all the news are in Italian:

La prof di Modena e il video a luci rosse, genitori sotto choc: molti sapevano - Cronaca

Well...they haven't disclosed many details yet.
It turns out she used to seduce male students and someone recorded, apparently.
Much more vetting needs to be done to weed out these predators and keep them away from children. It seems like any loon or perv can become a teacher these days. I've had teachers of both categories.

I hate to say this and I'll be a lone voice, but I agree with @Twilight Hue. When I was a teenage boy, I and my friends thought of little else but sex. There was very little actual sex going on, largely because it was before the days of available safe effective contraception and the girls naturally avoided the risk of getting pregnant. But there was a lot of sexual activity going on that stopped short of penetration. So for all the boys that claimed sexual experiences, most of them made it up. I am very sure that a boy who actually had sex with an older woman would be universally envied and admired. I can't see that such a boy would be harmed mentally, though obviously STDs were not fun in the days before effective cures.

Add to that, the "age of consent" was 16. It was in England. I still smile when I hear a sexually mature 17 year old girl being described as a "child".

OK, that's not a teacher's job and this woman shouldn't have done what she did.

I do think though, and I won't be agreed with, that the current way of starting sex is not a good one. Typically, clumsy untaught boys try to mate with untaught girls and often cause them pain. Both are then put off and a bad start is had by all. I don't see why sex shouldn't be taught as a practical subject, just as we have driver's ed.

Teens are horny, whoopdie doo. Just because you're horny, doesn't mean you need to be ****ing or are psychologically prepared to deal with it. Notice we're all adults here. You would think we would've learned some lessons by now. Thankfully, Gen Z and younger are largely keeping it in their pants. Teens don't really need to be banging. This isn't centuries ago where they were married off young and were recognized as adults, with all the responsibilities thereof, around 13. Teenagers these days are still very much children, at least psychologically.

Do folk here not know what grooming is and the harm it can do? Like most abusers convince the victim to "agree" to it even if they cant really consent to it cuz they a minor and were coerced.

Throughout the ages of 15/16/17, two of my friends-with-benefits were women in their 20s. One was a college athlete from a neighboring city, and the other was a hot older sister of one of my classmates who just always wanted to get messed up and party. I have never once felt any shame or regret over anything I did with them. I was wild and looking for a nsa good time, and so were they. Relationships were not something I took seriously at that point in my life, and I just wanted to have as much fun as I could before moving away and committing to the future.

This idea that I’m supposed to be traumatized or suicidal over this is beyond ridiculous. I loved that period of my life. Life was less about responsibility… and more about strengthening my body, hooking up and having fun.
