Music, walking and, perhaps counterintuitively, my son, when he's at home. (This last I have come to realise, now that he is off at university half the year.) And I also get a useful weekly peaceful reset every Sunday, at mass.

Medications. More specifically, Invega, Tegretol and ZyPrexa. They stop me from overthinking and over-feeling all the time, yet doesn't effect my affect.
