Something We All Can Agree On

Though we might not be any better in the Pacific Northwest. We have some fish and chips shops that oddly only sell French fries, I can't explain it, at any rate, especially if it is an Ivar's shop (keep clam) where they have very good fish people still get tartar sauce, but use it on their fries.

A British person will use the word "chips" for what we call "French fries".
Tis better to make the "F" lower case, since
the fries aren't French. This would reduce
the froggy etymological association....like
the verb "french", which is to slice things
a certain way, or to let one's tongue run
rampant where it doesn't belong.
This is something every one can should
agree with.
