Covid

Tested positive a few days ago. Symptoms nowhere near as mild as I would have hoped, but nowhere near as severe as I might have feared. Alternating between doing a lot of sleeping and trying to do a lot of sleeping. Started on plaxlovid. Is it working? Don’t know.

Just the gift I was seeking as I hurtle toward my 75th birthday.

Just wanted to give a heads up why over the short term I might seem less coherent, less acerbic, less funny and less present.

After all my posts about covid, you still
decided to get it? Tsk. Tsk. Get well,
& sin no more.

Take care. I'm still getting over it and cannot shake the fatigue or body aches 2 and a half weeks later, and I had an opportunistic bug jump in behind it and today's my last day taking zpak to get over those symptoms.
And for some reason the bottoms of my feet have hurt and ached hella bad.

Oh man. Hope it doesn't last long.

I pray for you, may you recover soon, Ameen. Eight/nine hour's sleep is a must. I got it two years ago, and with the mercy of G-d, I got recovered.

Regards

Get well soon!

I've had it and I know it's not nice

But on the bright side it is a good opportunity to watch lots of TV

Re: the COVID, I was reading that it is likelly that it was a human concoction that somehow escaped from the laboratory in China. Whether this is true or not, our lives are always threatened. I mean this to be encouraging, since God is the one that can reverse things and He will. There were many that were sadly killed due to warfare and other situations in the past decades and yet I am grateful for the hope that God gave me for a better world to come.
Get rest, drink fluids. Perhaps get some sunshine if you can go outside a little bit.

I hear the strain isn't as strong anymore as it used to be.

Hoping for a quick recovery and getting back into the game .
