Justice at last.

There are still people who want you to think that the January 6 attack was not seditious. This jury says you are wrong.

Now, lets move on to his enablers.

Two Oath Keepers, including founder, found guilty of seditious conspiracy in Jan. 6 case

18 USC,
§2384. Seditious conspiracy
If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 808 ; July 24, 1956, ch. 678, §1, 70 Stat. 623 ; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, §330016(1)(N), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148 .)

If he actually serves 18 years, I could accept that. He would be 75 years old when he gets out in 2041.

I want to see more of those who orchestrated this insurrection to be tried and sentenced.

The "good time" for federal offenses is far less than that of state prisons. I think that he will serve about 90% of that. I would have to go and look it up if anyone needs some backup. His one hope is that Trump gets reelected and keeps his promise about the seditionists.

And, speaking of jail time, can you imaging a scenario in which Trump loses the Primary Election and, subsequently, Biden is defeated in the Presidential?

The new Republican President, keenly aware that he has pissed off a fairly large proportion of the based, will almost certainly fell enormous pressure to mend fences by handing out pardons to any and all right wing contenders including Trump.

The idea that he might go 18 years without being pardoned by some Republican President strikes me as fanciful.
That will depend a lot on the next election. Will MAGA finally die its much deserved death? If it does I can see people distancing themselves from anything Trumpish in the future.

A conservative hero. These people and their culture are a direct threat to the founding principles of America

Possibly not a problem. He couldn't handle 18 yrs of solitary confinement, so hopefully his last few remaining brain cells will have turned to mush by the time another Republican is in office. Though most Americans see J6 for what is was, so it would not be the wisest move for a party that's only offering swaggering, overbearing, tin-plated wannabe dictators. And that's assuming it manages not to implode.

I'm still waiting for Jefferson Davis to be put to rest. (Davis, by the way, only served 2 years.)
