I think its a demographic cause and not a political one.

It's pretty stupid and hilarious to think a virus has distinct political preferences.

The virus has no preferences. However it is very. Responsive to vaccinations, precautions and isolation.

In the USA one party encouraged it followers to do these things far better than the other.
Which showed in serious sickness and death rates.

The results speak for themselves.

Doesn't change the fact that most of them were republican, meaning they likely disregarded masks, vaccines, social distancing.

If you don't take precautions to prevent the spread of disease, you're more likely to contract disease. This is common sense, so why are you so troubled by it?
Some people are averse to common sense.

No, what's pretty stupid and hilarious is posts like yours that display either a refusal or inability to understand that a lot of republicans avoided masks and vaccines, and thus placed themselves at higher risk, hence why far more of them died.
Conservatives denied science and then national selection took it's course.

Your unsubstantiated and nonsensical conspiracy theories are a crock. Be a rational adult and take an honest, objective look at the evidence. Critical thinking is your friend.
I have taken an objective look at the evidence. And it's obvious that getting vaccinated is more risky for many than the alternative.
