I wonder how many of our American friends are hung over today?

I never really thought of Thanksgiving as a drinking holiday, not like Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve might be. Some people don't get the Friday off after Thanksgiving - and most businesses and many government offices are open today.

Not I, have not been hung over for over 30 years..... technically I don't drink anymore.... that and I have never heard of Thanksgiving being associated with drinking copious amounts of alcohol.... it is more about eating copious amounts of food

It's a winner

there were only 4 of us yesterday....last year there were 8 of us (2 of the youngest Wu's friends and a significant other of the oldest Wu youngin').... over the years the group gets smaller and smaller....and the amount of food does too....but I still think Mrs Wu still expects the eating habits of the 17 year old oldest Wu youngin.... who is much older now and did not make it home this thanksgiving.... so we still have more than we will actually eat

Have you ever been in a discussion with more than one person where you knew you were right but everyone else in the room is telling you you're wrong?
