Fox news: Trump will be reinstated to Twitter

We are speaking of political ideals, of course. You can express your political ideas.
Representative Greene has never spoken of anything else but politics.
So...
Her advocacy against Covid vaccines was more
than "political". It's dangerous mis-information.
That would get you booted here too.

Unlike Italy (apparently) we have more liberty
for businesses to run speech venues with
rules of their own choosing. Anyone who
dislikes the rules of one platform, may go
to another.
Heaven forbid that our government have
so much power that it can dictate that the
same rules it dreams up apply to everyone
everywhere.

Elon Musk says Trump will be reinstated to Twitter after more than 15 million users voted in poll

I don't know much about this yet, this article just kind of popped up in my feed.

What really surprised me is that, apparently, the majority of users voted "yes" on reinstating Trump's account. But if it was mostly Elon Musk followers that did, like if the poll question was asked on Elon Musk's account, it surprises me less.

Many Jan 6 rioter posted their action on Twitter which tweets were subsequently used as evidence against them by the DoJ.

Trump can't open his fat mouth without incriminating himself. I say let him shoot off his mouth on Twitter. It will make DoJs job so much easier in his upcoming trials.

Juridically and judicially US and Italy are poles apart.
Because in the United States judicial doublestandardism is legitimized: the same judge can apply two different standards in two very similar (almost identical) cases.
In Italy doublestandardism is juridically, judicially and also culturally inadmissible.
So...there's an enormous difference. Lex eadem omnibus, here.:)

I understand what you say, but I'm skeptical
about claims of such differences.

Apparently it was not a scientific poll whatever that means.
