Unlikely, last time out they rooted for Trump.

Putin doesn't care about American politics he just goes for the most mischief. A stalemate in the government is best for Russia.
Trump admired Putin. He was favorably disposed toward Russia. Putin considered him a useful idiot.

They make such statements to try and undermine the U.S. citizenry's trust in the electoral process. Exactly the same thing as the republican party and their cohorts at Fox and elsewhere are doing by repeating the lie that the last election was "stolen".

It should give us serious pause for thought that a whole political party and a major segment of the media is in cahoots with an enemy nation that is blatantly declaring it's intent to destroy the democratic process in the United States. At what point does this become treason?

I guess treason is legal in the U.S., then, as long as you're a republican politician, or a media blowhard.

What's the issue here when the US government has been interfering with foreign federal elections for years? So why is it considered unacceptable whenever other nations are exposed as meddling in our elections? I think it's rather hypocritical to complain of other countries interfering in our federal elections considering the many times America has meddled in the elections of foreign countries.

It's OK to complain of foreign meddling, but I
advise also opposing our own country doing it.

They've been sowing discord, regardless.

Are you willing to admit they interfered and put DJT in charge too... you didn't seem too concerned before...
It's not an admission rather it's a fact that Russia has been interfering with American elections in the same way that America has been interfering in elections all over the world for ages! The Obama administration was found to be ill-prepared to deal with Russian interference by the Senate Intelligence Committee.

The DNC funded the notorious dossier which contained in part questionable information provided by Russian intelligence to Steele.

Is he saying that they got Biden elected?
it doesn't really matter who gets elected; especially if they can divide the whole into almost equal parts. that is the problem. it's easier to conquer that which isn't whole.

"after my election I have more flexibility."

Medvedev replied that he would "transmit this information to Vladimir," as in Putin, the current president who was prime minister at the time.

Putin's blunder in Ukraine has shown the world that we don't have much to be concerned about.
