Do we have a duty to god?

Even supposing that god exists, that does not necessarily mean we have a duty to god. So, do we indeed have a duty to god? If so, what is that duty? How do we know what that duty is?

This is almost like a thread I addressed earlier. We are not obligated to do anything. We can choose or Deny God freely. Of course, It would eternally beneficial (to put it mildly) to believe in him. As a beleiver, we should try to be like christ and to live our lives accordingly so that other may see christ in our lives, but it is not our duty.

I think our first and foremost duty is to ourselves, to be the best person we can be, to develop all of our talents. I think that is what a truly loving God would want.
