Barely any or no plan just go with your intuition and what you know works. Any items you use are what's sitting in the house.

Same. I've really gotten into simmer pots lately. Water (I use full moon water usually), fruits, herbs, crystals (ones that won't dissolve) and essential oils. Good for clearing energy and making the house smell good.
