Ex Nihilo and Eternal/Infinite

Aupmanyav

Be your own guru
In case existence and non-existence are two phases of 'what exists', they are compatible.
That is what RigVeda said 3,000 years ago.

"sato bandhum asati niravindan hṛidi pratīṣyā kavayo manīṣā ll"
(Sages who searched with their heart's thought discovered the existent's kinship in the non-existent.)
Rig Veda: Rig-Veda, Book 10: HYMN CXXIX. Creation.

are ex nihilo and eternal compatible?
Nope. Given this definition:
"Definition of eternal
adjective
without beginning or end; lasting forever; always existing (opposed to temporal): eternal life." - Definition of eternal | Dictionary.com
something can't be both eternal and created.

But something can be infinite in one temporal direction and limited in the other, i.e. created (ex nihilo) and without end in the future (or vice versa).

actually it can't. infinite is not one directional. in other words it isn't linear. so those things believing they were infinite in one direction would eventually, immediately basically, be met with the multidirectional infinite. now pretending, or self-deluding is allowed but free will is allowed running head long into the absolute. beating your head against the wall is allowed

The natural numbers have a beginning at 1 but are infinite at the upper end.
