It seems clear to me that the universe is amoral.....

What is it any good for soul to remember if it doesn't have a capable brain to do so in each life?
As we go through multiple lives, it is the soul which gains experience and grows spiritually. The physical body is a temporary vessel used in one single lifetime. The soul does not have a 'physical brain' but it is a being very capable of intellectual and mental processes - in fact it has all the knowledge gained in all the lives. It is far superior to the physical body - it does not need food to sustain it, does not feel pain and never gets tired.

There is no need to 'raise' the dead because they have either already been reborn on Earth or are living currently on another plane.....

Seems as if No one informed Jesus that there is No need to ' raise ' the dead.
Plus, No one told Jesus that the teachings from the old Hebrew Scriptures were wrong.
Jesus based his teachings by using logical reasoning on the old Hebrew Scriptures.
Jesus often prefaced his statements with the words, " it is written....." ( meaning in the OT)
Jesus explained and expounded the written OT for us.
The dead have bitten the dust, so to speak, - Genesis 3:19.
No re-borning, No another plane of existence but just 'sleeping' til Resurrection Day.
Without resurrection just eat, drink and be merry.....................

I am quite sure the Christ knew all there is to know about life, death and resurrection. However, he was pretty careful not to contradict too much in the OT, so as not to get the fundamentalists riled up.

Even if there may be no mass resurrection when the Christ returns, there is a still an afterlife, there are still consequences for all your actions. So you can't just eat, drink and be merry.

Nevertheless, we are unable to recall anything.

Isn't it far more likely there is no message at all?
There have been too many coincidences in my life to say "it's far more likely" but I accept the possibility that I may be reading into things because my mind wants answers.

Maybe there is no message. It's just the way things are. Universe as we know it is neither moral nor immoral. Our universe is chaotic and ordered...

(Even if only this moment is certain and things are as good as it gets) acceptance and gratitude is the way to happiness. And changing things to the better even if it is just a drop in the ocean.
How can one be motivated to change things for the better when there is no guarantee things will get better?

Because you can make somebody's day and you can have a clear conscience.

How will things get in the future? If we won't destroy ourselves or our planet our Sun swallow everything anyway ...

That a person considers that the Universe is amoral and mentions his own reasons for thinking so, does not mean that it is so, nor that everyone thinks the same.

In reality, each one sees the Universe and life according to what specifically surrounds him and how he reasons those things he sees.

It is the same as listening to pessimistic people, who will always be complaining about anything.

To me La vita é bella ... Thanks God for life.

Apophenia, maybe?
Well, how would a person experiencing apophenia know if it's apophenia? I mean, I can go into detail about some coincidences if you'd like. I know they wouldn't convince you because they wouldn't hit you the way they hit me, as I've experienced them.

And I'll be honest I'm somewhat afraid of being wrong. I've held this belief for the last few years and it's been making me optimistic (sometimes with doubt but I always return to faith/belief)
