We've got green! My potatoes are doing well. My parsnips are sprouting, and I've got two of my watermelons sprouted. As well as some pumpkins,. lettuce, and loads of onions.

Potatoes (and leeks) are the one thing you can generally rely on in England. Expecting big things from our two strawberry patches this summer though; picked a handful of ripe ones yesterday, and if the weather gods would just give us a few days sunshine, June will be strawberry flavoured; better invest in some cream…

Looking good, i do wish we had more space.
Though the grapes are looking good for October and our strawberry tree has been fruiting for 3 or 4 weeks. Collected our biggest crop this morning.

Yes, didn't you know? I thought everyone knew strawberries grow on trees

Actually we only have a small courtyard and we like strawberries so. A 6 ft length of 9in dia pipe, one end blocked, 2 inch holes drilled every 9 inches on every direction. Filled with compost and strawberried planted in the holes.

Feeds a family of 5 with strawberries once or twice a week from May to October using a space of about 1.5 sq feet

We have a wild black raspberry vine that has taken over one corner of the yard. Delicious.
