Deism question

Starlight

Spiritual but not religious, new age and omnist
I know deists do not believe God intervenes in the world, but do some deists believe there are angels or other spiritual creatures created by God who can comfort us? That angels or other spiritual beings is created by god to help us. That they are among people and trying to strengthen us with their light?

I know deists do not believe angels send messages to us or speak to us, but can they help indirectly by comforting us? Or is this example with the angels who comfort us the same as God intervening in the world and thus not deism?

I don't know if is considered deism or not, but there is a religion I came across years ago where you can't go to god directly only through the ancestors, gods, and goddesses. The three are mediums and the ancestors can be spoken to directly but the gods/goddesses through a somewhat of a priest-to use the term loosely.

So, if god doesn't intervene, maybe see the angels, and all as mediums to understand it. That makes more sense to me because it relieves the burden of trying to describe the abrahamic god but leaves the connection to a go to. If god "is too grand" I don't think deism has issue with mediums.

Classic Deists don't believe that supernatural beings interact with the world. God and his minions are "hands-off".

Deism question

I understand that such thoughts sprang up in the West in counter reaction to the mythical and Anti-Jesus Pauline-Christianity, please. Right?
Do the Deism people or the Deists pray to their philosophical God ever, please?

Regards
