@Wu Wei.....I'm on a low salt diet..(expletive deleted)..They (experts of a family variety) bring Chamomile tea mixed with some 'whatever' to help me sleep. I spend more time running to the john than sleeping....Fantasies of pizza,buffalo wings and cheese burgers ,none of which have I had in years, displace more spiritual thought.
