Viewing the "Proper Use" Letter and License Agreement
To read the "proper use" six-point questionaire and/or the "License Agreement", if your Watchtower Library 2003 CD is installed, please follow the instructions below:

1. Please consider these scriptures when making your decision to follow the letter and agreement or not:
Question: Is it wrong then for a Christian to disregard the License Agreement from the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses because of the Fair Use Statute?
The term "Governing Body" of the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society denotes the "anointed remnant" of Christians depicted in Revelation that will join Christ in heaven to serve as judges and priests. And who the "Governing Body" of the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society of Pennsylvania say are receiving instruction literally from Jesus Christ himself in heaven.
The term "Jehovah's Witnesses" denotes persons baptized by the entity known as the "Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses", an extension of the legal organization, "Watchtower Bible & Tract Society of Pennsylvania".

- Select the Start button on the taskbar at the bottom of your screen.
- Select Programs from the menu that pops up.
- Select "Watchtower Library 2003 - English Edition" from the submenu.
- Select "Watchtower Library Help" from the "Watchtower Library 2003 - English Edition" submenu.
- Click the underlined word "Appendix" on the main panel where it says "Welcome to Watchtower Library".
- From the list displayed under "Appendix Table of Contents":
- Click the underlined word "Letter" to read the Appendix-Letter.
- Click the underlined word "License Agreement" to read the Appendix-License Agreement.
- From the menu bar of the Watchtower Library application, click "Help" with your mouse.
- From the "Help" drop down menu choose "Watchtower Library Help".
- Click the underlined word "Appendix" on the main panel where it says "Welcome to Watchtower Library".
- From the list displayed under "Appendix Table of Contents":
- Click the underlined word "Letter" to read the Appendix-Letter.
- Click the underlined word "License Agreement" to read the Appendix-License Agreement.
- There's a button to go to the "License Agreement" at the bottom of the "Appendix-Letter", click that with your mouse if you are no longer at the "Appendix Table of Contents" page.
- You can use the arrow buttons (<< and >>) on the toolbar to navigate forwards and backwards.
