The God of Jesus

They are all around me, since hardly anyone shares my belief system, but I don't like to argue with anyone, especially over religion.
All people are free to have their religion and I can have mine. That is one reason why we all have free will.

I am happy that you find peace and wisdom in your belief system.

A healing God
A delivering God
A loving God
A God that gives mercy over judgment
A God that knows the thought of men
A God that is pursuing humanity.
A God that wants to answer prayers.
A God that is interested in the poor
A God that wants the rich not to forget the poor
A God of covenant
A God of life and light
A just God.

"Slaves obey your earthly masters."

Ok, someone else made it up and you enjoy the fiction so much it's real for you. No problem!
I'm hurt that you think Christopher Buck made this up. I know him to be a conscientious scholar. Apparently because he believes in Baha'i that means he must have made this up. It appears to me that you are assuming here. That ill becomes any seeker of truth.

I was going to let this go, but in the end I decided to let you know how I feel about this.

So,
Ezekiel 28:22-23
And say, Thus says the Lord God: “Behold, I am against you, O Sidon, and I will manifest my glory in your midst. And they shall know that I am the Lord when I execute judgments in her and manifest my holiness in her; for I will send pestilence into her, and blood into her streets; and the slain shall fall in her midst, by the sword that is against her on every side. Then they will know that I am the Lord.

Where does Jesus talk about a God who sends pestilence and blood into the streets?

Verses such as this are understood in the context of, "God allows our choices", they are prophecy as to what happens when we choose not to follow God's Law, but choose our own.

Jesus reflected this in this passage;

Not Peace but a Sword
Micah 7:1–6; Luke 12:49–53

34Do not assume that I have come to bring peace to the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. 35For I have come to turn
‘a man against his father,
a daughter against her mother,
a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.
36A man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.’i37Anyone who loves his father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me; 38and anyone who does not take up his cross and follow Me is not worthy of Me. 39Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.

I believe that would be the Book of the Revelation from Jesus Christ.

Loving God and my neighbor as myself.
As an accepted, by some, messenger of God, I'd assume for those that do, Jesus would be the authority on God.
Jesus was a Jew who practiced second temple judaism. If you want to know what Jesus believed about God, you are best off going to see what Judaism teaches.
