This is a follow up post to the post I made awhile back about the two kids that terminated their pregnancy.

The boy was charged while the girl was not.

They were complicit in the action .

Here`s yet another double standard in this abortion debate.

This is why the term "Christian" should never be used to describe the USA as a whole because they who say they are Christian and are not are but a synagogue of satan according to the scriptures because Jesus plainly stated the old code...

Thou knowest the commandments, Do not kill, Do not commit adultery, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Do not defraud, Honor thy father and mother.

So she lets him do it, the baby dies, he goes to jail and then she gets away with it. This is why the "Do not commit adultery" bit is so important for this so-called "modern" world.

I agree. A lot of problems would be very substantially solved if we just passed out free birth control to teens and encouraged them to use them.

I forgot to add that US courts uphold one of the ten commandments and even have Bibles in their court rooms. They uphold Exodus 20:13 but not Exodus 20:14. Being "Do not kill" and "Do not commit adultery" respectively. Ironic and sad at the same time. Criminal in fact!!!!!!:tsk:

Actually, it is a point of constitutional law that she "gets away with it". It is entirely the woman's choice. It is illegal to perform an abortion without the medical credentials.

It`s crap, constitutional law or not.

We need a line drawn on this thing .

It`s unjust and unethical the way it`s randomly prosecuted now.
