Do you like butter and syrup on your waffles?

When I (rarely) make them, I like to make a pretty decadent raspberry coulis.
You basically distill 100kg of raspberries down into a thimble full of flavour. Yowza.

(I may be exaggerating the quantities a little...)

I love peanut butter on them, syrup, maple butter, regular butter, blueberries, raspberries...but I usually eat them plain.

Forget the waffles, round it out, slap a burger into it and add the trimmings... midnight snack after all this food! :D

He asked about pizza, cheesecakes, hamburgers, pb and j and now waffles. What next Frank? Are you going to ask how folk make their salads? Or about what snack you eat a midnight? Or what type of cake is your favorite? Or-gods forbid- how you bake chicken damn I got way too many good recipes I've been meaning to try.

Frank...have a little mercy! (I'm teasing and joking)

My favorite on waffles is really a bit of butter, not too much, and some fresh rhubarb sauce with just a touch of real maple syrup. Sadly I have to wait until late spring for that.
