Boiled, soft for breakfast, hard sliced in salads
Fried, sunny side up with a runny yolk
Scrambled (this morning i overslept and the kids made me scrambled egg and toast to eat in bed)
Omelette both plain and with vegies or tomato or bacon bits cooked in it
Eggs Benedict, coddled, devilled, curried.
I like eggs

Well...all recipes, practically...
fried (over medium if I want to dunk my bread in it, or all the way through if in a sandwich. Scrambled, or scrambled with cheese or with onions, bacon and tomatoes (perico - Venezuela), omelette, poached, with hollandaise sauce, hard boiled, fried over rice, raw in a banana milkshake ET AL.Based upon a scene from my favorite movie

BUT NEVER
fried where the white is not cooked or scrambled where it is soggy.
I kinda like eggs.
But some recipes.
I like hard boiled eggs and egg salad.
I like omelette pommes de terre.
I like a kind of omelette with cornmeal and bread. Very tasty.

On a toasted muffin with smoked salmon poached with a little truffle oil,who cares about the Hollandaise sauce,sexy breakfast.

From the start this thread unfortunately reminded me of the most disturbing movie of all time.
