Did the needles help? I have heard that acupuncture is more of a placebo than anything else.

I still have a cast iron frying pan as an alternative form of pain relief. Big, heavy, black (mostly). Though seeing stars during the daytime is common.

2 cast iron frying pans, 21cm and 28cm, plus a cast iron griddle pan. Good and heavy, ideal protection
I have two cast iron pans of your larger side. One was my mother's. I could not let that go. One that is your smaller size and a baby one that I never use. I could use a nice griddle pan.

i do like to use a seasoned cast iron pan rather than teflon on aluminium.
Same here. And there may be health risks to the various non-stick coatings. With the possible exception of HexClad. The claim to be free of those. If I could buy a pan at a steeply discounted price I would snatch it up. Hmm, time to go to some thrift shops.

You should have seen our last dog who was helped by acupuncture. No placebo there.
