Apologize to Frank Goad

Spirit of Light

Be who ever you want
I want to come with apology to @Frank Goad.

Some time ago i was unkind to Frank because he spoke a lot about OBE, and later i realized that my critique was unfounded and terrible.

It has come to light that a form of OBE is actually a part of Sufi teaching. And I am guilty of making a false critique of Frank.

I should never let my own foolishness and ego get to me in this way.

So @Frank Goad i am honestly sorry for my own behaviour toward you. If my words hurt you, that is fully on me, I know i can not take back my words, but I learned a lesson.

Yeah. I remember you posting a religious Scripture quote that didn't mean what you seemed to think it did, so I kind of wedged myself in like the chubby, overweight little Marshmallow I am to try to just kind of distract attention and hope cooler heads prevailed.

I'm not mad though. I think you and Frank Goad are both good people. Some day I'd like to talk religious beliefs with you maybe @Conscious thoughts because both of us despite having entirely different faiths, may be at a similar spiritual level, I think. But if we ever do so, I kind of prefer to talk on the public forum for now, as sometimes I don't like much the "closeness" that comes with PMing even in cases where I have great friends. I make exceptions sometimes for sure, but well.... you probably get the picture.

I am always happy to discuss religious/spiritual matter. So even i am wrong it means i have more to realize.
And the more I have studied the more I realize i am often wrong in my understanding. And should have veen more humble about it, and not attack others

The problem:) i did not know, because it is within the more advanced teachings:) but now i know.
But even if it were not in Sufi teaching then still it would have been wrong to try to steer others away from their beliefs (RF Rule #8 or so):)

And even if it were not in RF Rules, I would not try to steer others away from their faith

That is of course a part of why I wrote this to Frank. I was wrong on all parts in the discussion. It was not Frank's fault at all.
But I did let my own stupidity get of on him.

Were did you find out OBE goes hand in hand with Sufism?:)
