As I gaze around the room, I notice a growing number of schmucks in tshirts with print with blue jeans and baseball cap.
I wouldn't mind be excused, but those under dressed bumpkins are reducing the odds of that happening.

Two hours later and still I sit in this room.
I'm very appalled at the attire some are wearing. Like gym sweats. I don't know how it is here, but back in Indiana at the Howard County court house they don't even allow that in the actual court rooms.
