Anyone play breath of the wild? Did you like it?

Outside of getting used to the new mechanics, I am about 30 hours in and really enjoying myself. Got all the towers, 3 divine beasts down, and the Master Sword.

It's a great game. One of those Must Plays if you are a gamer, much like Half-Life 2, Mario 64, Metroid Prime, Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and many others.

Held my attention longer than Skyward Sword HD.

I've played 3/4 of those. Not bad. Never actually played half-life. I'm looking toward to the new Metroid. And I need to go back and beat the 3rd in the Prime series. I only played Prime and Echoes.

I'm thinking I beat all 3. It has been ages, but if I remember right, 3 may possibly be the shortest, so I'm thinking getting through it is a very achievable thing. Echoes was my favorite of the trilogy. I also played the controversial Metroid: Other M game.

I never played other M. But I did play the controversial Metroid: Fusion, which I actually liked.

And yes, Echoes was a great game. Everything good about the first made better.

What's the best system to get this on?

Switch.

If you have a Wii U, you can get it on there. But I wouldn't recommend buying a Wii U if you don't have a Wii U - too ancient now.

Also, Switch Lite will play it. You'll just miss out on the higher resolution that kicks in when you dock the system to the TV. Since you can't dock a Switch Lite to the TV - you just have to play it like a handheld.

May there be other games you can play in your future.

I did a thread about that yesterday, I'm bored with Civ 3, bored and getting too old for World of Warcraft so a friend suggested Ark: Survival Evolved which I tried and hated. @Nimos has suggested a couple and might give Divinity: Original Sin a go. I just have to wait until I'm not hurting from wasting $42 on Ark. The wife said she might try it so that problem might be solved, I just need to convince her how much she enjoys playing it.

By the way you can play Divinity as a coop, haven't tried it but it might be fun as well.

Yeah, though I wish I’d have started using stamps for where nice weapons are found in the wild a lot earlier than I did.

Skyrim is always a go to for me. I like the open world RPG style games. Mass Effect is a good trilogy, and I don't remember it being to taxing difficulty wise.
