Sort of: those are just vestigial pelvic bones, not leg bones.

The article by no means claims this as the first evidence of the evolution of cetaceans from terrestrial quadrupeds. But the site where this was found does seem to be a treasure trove of various intermediate forms, to help fill in gaps. So that is a considerable step forward.

(My personal favourite piece of evidence for the descent of whales is that DNA analysis shows their closest living relative, among current land animals, is................ the hippopotamus.)

Whales swim in water their bodies live in water mass and the pressure status of water mass.

Their bodies could never live on land as atmospheric water is nothing like sea mass pressures. You lie.

Science said when water was removed sea creatures grew legs as being irritated changed their bones. Whales were left on dry land beeched. You already knew.

How you tell the story today is wrong as they never started walking. The advice when sea creatures grew legs water had been removed by mass off the earth face.

Yet a human is doing all of the tissue and body comparisons their selves as you not being any God. Both bodies being their owned body type.
