Errementari is well worth a watch for anybody who enjoys folk horror. It's loosely based on a folk tale and has some good titbits of old demon lore.
The tone is a bit weird. Wikipedia describes it as a period fantasy dark comedy horror film. I'd personally throw tragedy into that mix too. So yeah, don't expect a consistent tone.
