Is it possible to be

Spirit of Light

Be who ever you want
In your own view, is it possible to be at peace with everyone?

Is it even possible to never have a negative thought about others or once self?

If yes, how?
If no, why?

Nobody could ever do that and be at peace with themselves, there would be too much inner conflict. Everyone has values and boundaries, they would have to be going against those to be at peace with everyone.

How about if one accept others as they are without trying to change them to what we our self want others to be?

I personally could never accept someone who is a terrorist or has hurt a child or animal without remorse. I can not accept business owners that don't respect their employees. I can not accept entitled drivers that cut people off and risk lives by driving like an idiot.... Acceptance is a great thing, but it would be unhealthy to accept everyone.

Sound like not accepting their action, but can you accept them as fellow human beings?

No, I think everyone gets negative thoughts at times. Negative thoughts about others can often arise from anger but such thoughts may come at random. Guilt and trying to suppress negative thoughts can increase such thinking. Particularly with OCD, one can get all kinds of crazy thoughts and one can feel awful for having them. One can get such negative thinking however one may be feeling in the moment.

I agree that negative thoughts may arise, but maybe the trick is to understand why those thoughts arise in our mind?

In Islamic sufi terms, the only way is by the elimination of the nafs (lower self) and attainment of Fana-Fillah/Anal Haqq (nirvikalpa samadhi/God realization).

Except for the most tiny number of such individuals, not being ruled by negative thoughts is a sufficient challenge.
