New name for God ?

Trinity Stooge

.Ii¿⊙?!I.
If you are asked to give any NEW name to God, what will that be ?

Non believers are also welcome ! :)

How about "Gord"? It's pretty close to "God", only one extra letter to remember, and if you're from Boston, it even sounds sort of the same.

The Mythical Old Man In The Sky.

Yeah, it's long, but oh, so very descriptive.

Going back in time, it would have been appropriate to call Aphrodite, "The Really Hot Chick".

There is thousand titles for God in this prayer:

Duaa Jawshan Kabeer - Ramadan - Duas.org

It also is divided into 100 parts, 1000 titles, as for the 100 parts, it is said every part has a particular healing/protective benefit.

It's prayer taught by the Prophet Mohammad (s).

As for his name, he has chosen them to be really humans like Adam (a), Noah (a), Enoch (a), Samuel (a), etc...

As for titles, there is 1000 unique ones in Arabic in that prayer I linked to, even though perhaps translations repeat a title or two as the same.

God is a title, not a name.

God can't have a name in the sense we do, because of different languages came after his existence and the fact he is eternal and not born. So he chose his name as a metaphor for how he can be called to and turned to, and Jesus is one of God's Names, and so is Samuel and Noah, Enoch, and Elijah.

The earth is never without one like that. As for titles, God, Allah, Rahman, The Good, etc, all titles we can refer to him but the way to know God is through his face and words of light, which is humans like Moses, Aaron ,etc.

"Nostrum"

I looked for a symbol that represented the idea, because I always admired that the Jews attempted to give the idea of God a sort of fidelity with the advent of the tetragrammaton and the intent that it be ineffable (which, unfortunately, ultimately failed as people just inserted their own vowels into it in attempts to pronounce it - and therefore be able to say it - anyway). For some reason, I think it would be appropriate for the "name" of God to be no more than a symbol.
