Bear in mind, Trump pardoned a bunch of his rich business friends who ended up in prison because of financial crimes. https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...6f0b52-624b-11eb-9430-e7c77b5b0297_story.htmlThere's a very slight chance of it, but let's be honest, there are two legal systems in the U.S., and one is only for those who can afford it. For them, the crime would have to be so great or so egregious that one couldn't buy one's way out -- things like murder and mayhem. Trump is being investigated for financial crimes, and the rich don't go to jail for that.
I opted for a 10% chance because sometimes tax evasion will get one to Riker's. It worked for Capone.
I don't want to believe that. I'm hoping not. I'm hoping instead that "Teflon Don", will meet some really harsh steel wool, and that truth really does matter.I voted for 10% +/- 20%
If I'd wanted nuanced responses I'd have asked for them, now tick a ******* box!It doesn't matter to me. What he's done to his own reputation is enough consequence for me.

Probably not. Though guilty as Hell he will either find someone to throw under the bus, or just one Trumpette getting through the jury selection process will vote Not Guilty regardless of the evidence provided. Not should or shouldn't, but will or will not...
Is unanimous always required; never a majority verdict?Probably not. Though guilty as Hell he will either find someone to throw under the bus, or just one Trumpette getting through the jury selection process will vote Not Guilty regardless of the evidence provided.
For criminal changes it has to be unanimous. Is unanimous always required; never a majority verdict?
Care to vote?Jail?
Trump has something much better in mind....
