Satanic afterlife?

My trance experiences indicate Satanism leads to an afterlife in a subterranean paradise (at least in the astral plane, the Earth is hollow). Something like the Elysian Fields. I don't know if all inner Earth is a paradise though. So in my view, Satan is like Hades/Pluto, the King of the Underworld.

Anyway, what do you Theistic Satanists believe about the afterlife?

(Moderator, sorry, I think I should have put this post on the Theistic Satanism forum.)

I find it uncanny that I've had nearly the same experience and explain it similarly when the conversations go there.

I don't necessarily understand it as anything other that a "place where dead people go", however. Anyway, I don't worry about death since I know how it ends up so to speak. It's just a place everyone goes. It didn't seem like anyone there was in a bad way it was just their home. :D

I have no speculation on the "hierarchy" of the place or anything like that. It didn't seem so much like anyone was in charge, but rather that specific deities had functions and roles and they weren't in competition. :D

I don't know if death is for everybody; there are stories of Buddhist monks that disappeared to leave nothing but a few small stones (relics) and people who ascend, instead of dying. i.e., their physical body passes to a higher dimension. Those wouldn't end in an underworld, although I think those are just different ways of dying. BTW I'd love to ascend, LOL.

I'm a bit new, so I don't know how old threads can get before it's considered necroposting here, but this post is why I signed up.

I agree, in broad strokes. "Hell" came from a Germanic word for the Underworld, and was used to translate Hades and Sheol. I used to say that I believe we all go to Hell, but Hell is often correlated (erroneously, in my opinion) with the lake of fire, so instead I've taken to calling it the Netherworld. I actually find myself agreeing with some of the Orthodox interpretations of Hell as essentially just the land of the dead, although I don't believe it's a holding place for the last judgment. I think, oddly enough, demonological grimoires tend to describe Hell pretty consistently as an Underworld with governing demons that could help you call upon any shade from there.

I'm also a pretty big fan of Ars Falcis and Geosophia, as well as the syncretic interpretations of Supay and Dis Pater as the devil, so that might bias me a bit. Nonetheless, I have a Palero friend as well as a friend that practices Germanic Nigromancy, and between them and my interactions with Spiritualists I think we're all pretty much describing the same place.

It's nice to see this topic brought up, and with responses that line up with my experience.

I personally don't believe in "after life realms" so to speak. I imagine any "afterlife" as essentially continuing in this plane, sans any reincarnation (either partial or full, most things experience the former to the point of elemental disintegration). Basically, you either reincarnate, just die and any reincarnation isn't the same if even recognizable due to combining with other spirit bits, or you become a ghost.

To speculate with things internally consistent within my belief system:

Partial or complete shivagama / moksha could entail some kind of experience similar to another realm I guess, but I can't really speak too deeply on it, just that it would temporarily be outside of maya, and I could suppose that in that kind of "satanic soup" of energy anything might be possible that the entity wants. Some would think of this as chaos, but there are rules and high dimensional sacred geometry going on here. I get glimpses of it when I smoke a ton of weed and meditate deeply :) (totally legal where I live).

I tend to call this realm the "Pit" which resides below the "Abyss". Within that realm, you might be able to imagine all kinds of heavens, and perhaps hells (but imo those probably more exist within the Abyss).

Another possibility is that an atma could be invited or brought to some kind of abstracted magical realm, but that realm still exists within the apparatus of maya just non-locally within it's non-physical "spaces" so to speak (no good way to talk about this when we normally oriented towards linear space-time, except to maybe compare it to dreams that are crazy morphing places and time isn't straight, which is how I often dream).

So in short, where you go after death, it's just up to the state of your mind. If you have depression, guilt or a complex of inferiority, you'll go to bad places to get punished; because you feel you don't deserve better. If you feel happy about yourself, you "vibrate highly" and you go to better places.

Maybe I'm wrong but I'm still suspecting the best option for Satanism is ending up in a nice place of the hollow (astral) Earth.

um not really, has more to do with spiritual development, willpower, intent and luck/randomness. its either here as a ghost or destruction if you're not spiritually advanced enough and that then gets more complicated no lake of fire nor heaven

spiritual development, willpower, intent and luck/randomness.

All of that it's up to the state of your mind. Spiritual practices change the state of your mind. Luck also depends on the state of your subconscious mind.

Have you been to any of these places? Have you visited any of them with other people and then been able to agree on what happened while you were there when you returned?

Try astral projection or entering into a trance by means of shamanic drums. Look for Michael Harner's shamanic journeys on YouTube.

As I stated above, I've used Geosophia and Ars Falcis, both of which use astral projection. I have confirmed that the Netherworld exists in these ways, I was asking them if they've been able to find these realms. I'm not sure I would know how to get to where they're describing, but I was wondering if they knew these realms were real or were just speculating.

Yes I've personally been to the Abyss, Pit and many other places during meditation, rituals and dreams. However, "been" is a weird way to talk about places that are non-local in the kind of space-timey ways we perceive things. If it's spacial at all in any kind of sense (though I'd not say in the way we know it), its higher dimension as I've seen a lot of representation of higher dimensional shapes like tesseracts and such. An "ordered chaos soup of geometry, elements and energy" is what I would describe it as if I had to describe it as crudely as possible. Lots of pentagrams, heptagrams and other shapes we use for sigils too but more complex.

That is fascinating. I've been to similar places, actually. Thank you for sharing.

Using the entropic principle and applying it to some kind of metaphysics, the spirit/soul/consciousness (what ever you choose to call it in your system) has to go somewhere. It exists, therefore it can't not be, it will just attain a new form after the death of the body.
Whatever it is like however is mysterious.

All the mainstream religions only have symbols and allegories to describe their RHP views of this state. But it is a something nonetheless.

Huh, I did describe essentially metaphysical entropy as part of my beliefs about the afterlife I just realized from reading your post, I never thought of it like that!

I'm going to return to the Earth, from where I came. I'll Let that decide my permanent home. Otherwise, I'm not going anywhere when I pass.
