I tend to think that people on this forum are inside a screen that's in front of me. That's the disconnect. I know we've done surveys before, but I rarely cognize stuff to the degree I might wish. It's cold where you are, or pulsating hot, or the middle of the night, etc. but I project it all, or bring it all back to here and now, and in my Reality it's 3:08 in the afternoon, it's +20C and I'm on the extreme south side of Edmonton, Alberta Canada. Amazing to me that such a diverse group form all over the world right now can 'be' in the same place and time, because of the internets. 50 years ago what happened here in the last 5 minutes would have taken a month, or was impossible altogether.
Does this fascinate you?

Washington State, Pacific-Northwest of the US. It's around 2:23pm and 20C.

I don't find it fascinating anymore. Maybe I did 15 years ago, but now the fascination is gone, it's regularity.

I am used to interacting with people from around the globe due to social media and this website.

As one who is still trying to wrap his head around the fax, yes, I find it fascinating.

I’m in the Cleveland metro area of Ohio, US. 5:27p. 64 degrees Fahrenheit.

I am in South West France, a small village in the Ceou valley of the Dordogne region. Its just after 23h30 and about 15c outside (59f). Its been raining on and off for the last 5 days (mostly on) and is expected to be similar for the next week or so.

I am lying in bed with a snoring husband next to me writing this and doing a bit of doodling

You're not that far from me. Is that high highway across the North Cascades open yet? It's on my bucket list for drives. My apologies if you're over by Tri-Cities.

Past yer bedtime, kiddo. Is that your 'doodling'? I used google map and went for a short virtual drive along N21. Looks like a scenic area.

I'm in Eastern Iowa. Its sunny and in the mid 60s F. Things are starting to get green; most of the trees have small leaves. Its getting close to 5pm.

I am in a 4 square style house; its a bit over 100 years old. Classic style, and covered in toys and kids stuff. There was a fair amount of rice which comes from a toddler eating lunch, but one of the dogs has seen to it that it doesn't trouble us anymore. I'm about to round the kids up to go for a drive, because I think they're all going a bit stir crazy.

At home, somewhere in central Israel, nighttime, wondering if I'll get some sleep before the next airstrike alarm.

Do you get early morning 'noise'? The only noise here is songbirds.
We usually get pigeons. These last few days, far-away missile explosions can be heard all day long and the shock waves cause the windows to shake a little.

Yup, got a new huion table a couple of days ago, just trying it out.

Try driving from the D60 junction with the D57 North West along the D57 through our village. It is a beautiful area, i love it

I lived near a military base, and we'd hear the long gun practice. It gave me a sense of what wartime might have been like. Nothing what you're hearing though. The closer to home, the worse it is, for sure. I think that from a distance, you don't really get a true sense of what wars and stuff do to all the innocent bystanders. You get it second hand, but it's nowhere near the same.

D57 is no highway, it's a paved trail. My walking trails here are almost that wide. The landscape is beautiful though. So rural, and moist, at least on the day the google cameras went by. Odd how we would think a place is always wet, because of one day.

Small village in England. In bed. Worrying.
I'm worrying about the stuff going on in Israel. As I spent years as a Noachide this feels really close to me and on this forum I'm hearing lots of anti-Israel sentiment so I don't really share my pro-Israel views. But even from my bed in my tiny pink bedroom in a small village with generally straw and hay covered roads, I worry.
