Climate Corps? Good or Bad?

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.

I say it all depends.

It could be a great fraternal fellowship in making a cleaner more brighter world ideally.

It also could lead to a type of environmental ' Komsomol' as an extension of EPAs jackbooted Environmental Justice campaign.

Sounds good, but is it really?

It looks like a private organization. They may get some feel good things done, but I would not worry too much yet.

I do think that climate change is a serious problem, but I do not see this as a cure.

It's supposedly to be modeled after FDRs Tree Army, aka The Civilian Conservation Corps, which did have uniforms and 'boot camp' style training. To what extent is anyone's guess with this proposal.

Guess we will have to wait for their first parade.
