Do what's best for "you." People's negativity and I agree with the other poster propaganda can seem just as contagious as the virus.

I do the same, look at locals online, no tv. Go out for jogging and food and at home the rest of the time.

Just asking honestly, does RF contribute to your feelings?

There's "news" pretty much every other new thread. I skip majority of them.

RF is what I make it. I don't click on titles that I know will bother me, be it news or subjects which are tender to me that I don't want to argue about(or topics that just bring out the same side show again and again).

Because I'm able to sift through what I should be reading, I'd say RF contributes mostly to positive feelings. If it doesn't, I'm on the wrong thread, and I move on.

That’s really refreshing to hear. I’m sure if you took that approach to the news it would work out well too. I’m a very reactive person so I probably couldn’t do that. But then again part of me likes to be reactive and passionate about things. Don’t like feeling settled in all the time.

Yeah, that's kind of what I've been doing with my newspaper.... and the last few days, my primary reads have been the comics and the advice column.

RF is better at tempering our doom and gloom with other interesting stuff.

Maybe I oughta take it up with newspaper staff.
