I don’t think that verse is referring to the second coming or rapture. The following verse clarified that Jesus was referring to His death and being lifted up on the cross...


...This He said, signifying by what death He would die. John 12:33

how then is everyone supposed to be drawn to him and to see him; if it isn't a subjective experience and everyone living in different space and time?

The Holy Spirit.
The work of the Holy Spirit is to reveal to each person their need for forgiveness if sin and a Savior, whenever or wherever they live.
