Job was a sinner like any other human being, he not only sinned, he also offended God by calling Him unjust, whereupon Job apologized and repented.

And the term "blameless" does not always mean to be sinless.

Ecclesiastes 7:20
Indeed, there is not a righteous person on earth who always does good and does not ever sin.

According to Jewish tradition there were four men who died without sin,

Binyamin
Amram
Yishai
Kilav

These men are not worshipped and the last is barely heard of.
