The only results are greek. @Skywalker, this entire concept of God incarnating in human form is a foreign / strange /alien idea.

The Tanakh also prophesies that, even while occupying a human body in this world, the Savior Messiah would be the Son of God.

I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. (Psalm 2:7)

What's the word in Tanach which means "incarnate"?

If you don't know, then that should indicate something about your knowledge of these matters.

Isaiah 9:6 talks about God being incarnate.

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

That's in past tense. Not a prophecy.

But it's not Jesus. The government was not on his shoulders, and he did not come to bring peace.

Matthew 10:34.

That's in past tense. Not a prophecy.

This prophecy was fulfilled in Matthew 3:17, which says

And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

It was again confirmed in Matthew 17:5

While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

That's a different issue from the Messiah not being God in human form.
Isaiah 7:14 says the child will be called "God with us"
Isaiah 9:16 says the child's name will be "Everlasting father"

Neither of these verses is talking about God incarnating in a human form. They are talking about names.

Isaiah 40 says God does not have a form. This clarifies the previous verses.

Why would the child be called God with us if he wasn't God in human form?

Jesus being God in human form is why Jesus was Immanuel, God with us.
Except no-one ever actually called him that. Not every group believes Jesus is a god, either (see the Witnesses for a modern example) such as the Arians.
