Unless the President was convicted - you cannot legally claim that they violated their oath of office.
You can believe it all you want - but that does not make it fact - and we do not deny people privileges they earned just because you choose to believe the worst about them.
I can claim whatever I want claim. And I feel a moral obligation to speak the truth.
It is extremely obvious to any reasonable person that Donald Trump violated his oath. The majority of Congress people voted that Trump incited an insurrection against the United States of America. The majority of Representatives in the House voted to impeach him for it, and the majority of Senators voted to convict him of it.
Yes, that is right, a majority of U.S. Senators voted that Donald Trump incited an insurrection. It wasn’t a two thirds majority, but is was a majority. However if you include those Senators, who like Mitch McConnell, believe that Trump violated his oath by inciting an insurrection but voted not to convict on an technicality you would easily reach that 2/3’s.
When the history books are written they will record that Trump betrayed his oath and betrayed his country a clear and devastating way.
I can legally claim that Trump violated his oath of office, there is no law preventing me from saying this. I am morally obligated to speak the truth. The truth is Trump violated his oath.
