How much credit do you give to knowledge and understanding?
I give it high marks. Some give it low marks and give religious feeling high marks.
The forehead is the seat of intellect.

Daniel speaks of the last days when many will go to and fro and knowledge will increase. Dan 12:4
Dan 12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.
Rev 7:3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
Rev 7:4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
The 144,000 are servants of God who have understanding of God and therefore have been sealed in the foreheads with that understanding and knowledge.
Hos 4:6 My people are destroyed/cut off for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee,
Col 3:9 Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;
Col 3:10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
They're pinnipeds, related to the walrus.

As Revelation 1 informs us Revelation is written in very-vivid word pictures thus 'seal in the forehead ' does Not have to be literal.
Where our forehead is seen we are seen, so in that sense we can even seal oneself.
Also, 'Christendom' ( just so-called Christian ) claims to be ' sealed ' but her record belies her claim - Ephesians 4:30 A.
Whereas, at Revelation 7:2-3 we find angelic sealing being done by those angels.
Also, at Ezekiel 9:4 we see angels are involved.

The seal is the determination of belief, and the proclamation of the love of God.

I was thinking about it now.
If we were in the prophetic time period for this to happen, and if it happened already from 2015 to the first week of January 2019, then things like the two witnesses, the 144,000, the sealing and the abomination of desolation, might be something other than what the prophecy expositors told us they would be.
The sealing of the 144,000 might just be the judgement of the living just prior to Christ's arrival. So 12X12=144,000, which is ALL the tribes of Israel, ALL of God's People alive on earth at this time. It's not the same 12 tribes form Moses' day. And might not be a literal 144,000. It might just mean that 100%, ALL of the tribes of spiritual Israel, need to be sealed before Christ returns.
So if this job IS done, everyone is either sealed or marked, the only wild card is the new life being born.
Some of the babies being born are also our brothers and our fellow servants and need to be sealed as well.
The two witnesses being the Bible, and the Holy Spirit.
A Holy Spirit inspired Bible speaks of fire that will consume God's enemy's.
"And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
Fire falls from heaven in Revelation 20 on judgement day.
This is a Hebrew couplet:
"Lift up your heads, O gates!
And be lifted up, O ancient doors,

The "gates", and the "ancient doors' are the same thing.
"For the LORD has a day of vengeance,
a year of recompense for the cause of Zion. Isaiah 34:8

This also has the tenor of a couplet where the "day", and the "year", are the same thing.
If the two witness were killed after their job was done in 2019, their bodies lay in the streets for 3.5 days.
If the 3.5 days were actually years, it would coincide with the middle of the heptad measured from 1535 and 1969.
So that would put us about late summer 2022.
But if this is right, something should take place a year prior to that.
"But after the three and a half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them. Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” And they went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies looked on.

This one looks pretty apocalypstical to me:
there are things in life that shatters people's lives. leaves them psychologically crippled. so to them, yes it is apocolyptic and some will not recover from the bitter water of their cup flooding over.

because they all 3 assuage the angel of death a sign can be something seen with the mind and not the outward observation of a thing. like those things in science that are theorized and then proven through testing
