Seriously, it looks like an international road sign. But there are tons of them, and they aren't all truly international. Some are country specific. I think I might have seen it, or something like it, once before, but I couldn't find it when I did a quick search just now.

I think you and @Valjean just passed some kind of covert internet test to discover who on earth is still a human, and not merely an Artificial Intelligence program.
I'm hoping like hell the test originated with the humans.

It's a sign signaling a bed for beautiful, delicate, porno flowers. I don't think there's a season for porno flowers. They just pop up unexpectedly everywhere, all year long. Be careful not to pick them, however, as they are infectious and highly contagious. The sign was a warning because of that.
