Decision making regret and Prarabdha karma (predestination)

I am going through the same issue (I am an Indian living in US). I was told by 3 astrologers that 33.5 points match with this guy whose marriage alliance I got. And we know this woman who claims that "Mataji" possesses her, who told me to marry this guy.

But I said no to the alliance due to a disagreement with him.

My uncle said that the possession is not by God but some soul belonging to another yoni. He also said spouse is fixed at birth, so no need to worry.

My thoughts are, if I am destined to marry him, he will come back. Else I will marry someone else.

But I am interested to see what the others here reply.
I updated my Q again so others can answer. You can delete your response if you like, as it shares personal info.

I wish I could reply, but apparently the OP got his answer, lol.
Seems so :D

Reupdated as requested:

I said no to an arranged marriage proposal but now regretting it, as 6 astrologers had asked me to agree without fail. One priest who gets God in him also told me to say yes. I said no because my family did not like the proposal.

I'm regretting it because what if this person was my future spouse? Now will I stay unmarried?

Or is my spouse already predestined, so I can relax? That is, if this person is my spouse, she will surely come back even if I said no in the first place?
Is it possible for you to seek her out yourself? If you regret saying no it may eat away at your psyche.

I believe people can have many true loves in their life. You'll get your chance if you search for it :)

I was a skeptic of astrology in my youth, but have mellowed my skepticism after meeting some quality astrologers myself, though such happen to be rare.

To a large extent astrology seems to deal with intuition. If the mind is aware and pure, intuition works within oneself as well. The quality of intuition depends on the regularity and quality of your meditation, and spiritual practices.

If you know how to meditate, do it early morning during brahmamuhurtham ( 4:00 - 6:00 am) and gauge the answer within yourself.

Your intuition may also help you to create conviction for yourself which you are lacking now.

I got my question's answer above by SeRe. But I will update my question again:

I've seen this happen. Generally, in wisdom, that final decision is left up to the 2 individuals. Unfortunately, sometimes wisdom isn't the key ingredient. My fist question would be whether or not she had agreed to the arrangement. You and she are the two main people involved here. Not the astrologers, not the family. You're the two who have to live together the rest of your lives.

I'm surprised that, with 6 astrologers, one person of God, and your family, that you're still going to take the advice of a single person who doesn't know you, and with whom you're a total stranger.

Best wishes,

Firstly getting predictions from some pitajis, matajis or astrologers is absolute nonsense in 21st Century. You live in and probably were brought up in US, do you still believe in this crap?
I do not know and would not pry into your differences with him, but why should you marry him if you have differences.
How do you know that he will come back? Perhaps you are destined to marry someone else, that is why there were differences with this person.
Use your own brain and check thoroughly the type of person and his inclinations before you decide to marry some one. Of course, elders can give their suggestions, but the decision has to be yours.
