Question to Christians - 144,000 Start and Finish

Muffled

Jesus in me
I have no definite idea about who the 144,000 are apart from knowing that the JWs are wrong about them and the scriptures they say apply to them only from the rest of the New Testament. The 144,000 could be Jews or could be all Christians. The Lamb standing on Mt Zion with the 144,000 could be as symbolic as the number. The standing on Mt Zion could be symbolic.

I believe it could be Christian Jews. That would be a much smaller number than Israeli Jews.

and Zion will have the same name as his father (s) ion
what does it mean? simply as he writes the old law A contract comes from Zion
it is the name of one man, and so is his father
here they drew the iman that his name would be his father

one from the right is good the other is not: D
the first is that it is the name of the animal and the other
that his name is blasphemed? but writing there was on his head the names of blasphemy? and what the head means (14The old man and the noble are the head, and the prophet teaching the deception is the tail.)
and if you apply all symbolism to all symbols, they are flown in all religions
so the biggest conspiracy of all time takes place here anyway, it will be in vain and the law will say what they committed
PS (this comment is trying to understand the symbolism) not like last time without reading the administrator immediately deleted when trying to understand the symbol what most people do not like

Questions to Christians:
  1. According to Christianity, what are the requirements for someone to be included in the 144,000 number?
  2. According to Christianity, when did the 144,000 count start and when does it end?
    • Also, is this number based on the actual Jewish tribes or are non-Christian Jews excluded from the number and is there a Christian 12 tribes, that started after the time of Jesus?
    • If so, what tribes do the various post Jesus Christians, from the start to the finish of this number, come from?
Thanks.

The apostles were told to go to the lost sheep of the house of Israel first. The early church consisted of Jews who accepted the truth. So there were 144,000 Jews (12,000 from each of the 12 tribes) who accepted the apostles teaching. They were the firstfruits. After this it was opened up to whosoever will - Jew or Gentile.

I believe it never says anything about earlier people. It states things as happening contemporaneously.

Try reading Matthew 10:5-7 (... Go not into the way of the Gentiles...) and Acts 44:45-46 (It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles. ) The Jews were the firstfruits.

Acts 2:41 So those who received his word were baptized, and there were added that day about three thousand souls

I believe that is not 12,000 and there is no Biblical evidence that they were all Jews. As for the 144,000 mentioned in Revelation it is not a mention of what happened in the past but what happens in the future.

The 144,000 didn't all get into the church on the same day. I gave you proof scriptures - you can choose not to accept them if you wish.

As far as Revelation, John was to write about past, present, and future things. - Revelation 1:19

I believe there might have been another harvest of a similar number to the 3,000 but there is no mention of 144,000.

I believe He does that in sequence and by the time 144,000 are mentioned, He is speaking of the future.
