I see the Wall as an edgy, large-scale installation of avant-garde art reminiscent of some of Christo's works that is intended to bond us to our common humanity by expressing the anxiety each and every one of us feels when approaching a national border.
Speaking only for myself, I compare it to America's putting men on the moon in terms of the pride I justly take in this tangible evidence that we as a nation have been returned in a Trump-like manner to our greatness and true place in the universe.
It deeply concerns me the Wall has been profanely debased by the aesthetically savage addition of pink see-saws. I would have gone with bold primary color see-saws. Kids like bold primary colors.
